Voxcri Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy describes how Voxcri (the "app"), developed by ZUNNIA, accesses and handles information when you use it.

2. Everything is processed and stored on your device

  • Audio: the app accesses your microphone or system audio only when you start a transcription. Audio is processed locally and is never sent to ZUNNIA or third parties.
  • Files: the files you choose are processed locally with the ffmpeg component bundled with the app.
  • Results: your sessions and transcriptions are stored on your device (%LOCALAPPDATA%\Voxcri\History) and they are yours.
  • Logs: the app keeps local technical logs in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Voxcri\Logs, with rotation and automatic deletion, and removes personal paths before writing.
  • Preferences: language, model and subtitle settings are stored locally.

There are no user accounts and no ZUNNIA servers: we never receive or access your data.

3. Internet connections

The app only connects to download components you request: speech models from huggingface.co and alphacephei.com, and the Python runtime from python.org. Those providers may record your IP address under their own privacy policies. ZUNNIA receives no information from those downloads. The app includes no telemetry or analytics. If you install Voxcri from an app store, the store operator may process data under its own privacy statement.

4. Retention and deletion

Data stays on your device until you delete it: you can remove sessions from History, delete the %LOCALAPPDATA%\Voxcri folder, or uninstall the app.

5. Your rights and contact

Because data never leaves your device, you keep full control and there is no information to request from the developer. For questions about this policy, use the contact information published where you obtained the app.

6. Children

Voxcri is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published at this same address with its update date.
